Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the execution of the resort’s sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sales partners including travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and luxury travel planners
  • Identify and develop partnership through proactive research, networking, and prospecting activities
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insights and assist the Sales Manager/Director in implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns accordingly
  • Conduct proactive sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to existing and potential clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Submit regular and special sales reports, market analysis as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales clients, ensuring excellent service and communication
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Represent the resort at travel trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
  • Represent the resort in a professional manner to promote its image and reputation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the system
  • Translate marketing materials, contracts, and communication as needed into Russian

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
  • Proficient in English and Russian (written and verbal)
  • Strong knowledge of the Russia & CIS market
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a confident and professional demeanor
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures and able to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms relevant to the target market, particularly Telegram and Instagram, is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Maldives market and high-end resort operations is an advantage
