Job Description

The Sales Executive in the Property & Casualty Practice will be responsible for driving sales of IT solutions and professional services to clients in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in sales, particularly in the IT sector, and a BS degree or equivalent experience. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate will engage with C-level executives and must have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive sales of IT solutions and professional services to clients in the insurance industry
  • Oversee client management in the IT Consulting Services arena
  • Focus on selling services solutions to clients within the P&C Insurance industry
  • Execute goals and strategies within the sales area
  • Sales to larger and national size accounts that may include global operations
  • Engage with C-level executives
  • Find, develop and sell Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services and other related IT services within the Insurance industry
  • Focus on new logos and some existing strategic clients

Requirements

  • 6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to P&C Clients
  • BS Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Previous experience with System Integration or Management Consulting company preferred
  • Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $6 million+
  • Demonstrated experience selling to Insurance Companies
  • Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence multiple C-level executives within the customer organization
  • Excellent Insurance (P&C) and service solution knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of customer’s decision making process, goals, objectives and strategies
  • Excellent business and financial acumen
  • Excellent ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
