Job Responsibility

  • Understand the Identity Confluence platform, its use cases, and business benefits
  • Communicate product capabilities clearly to prospects and customers
  • Identify opportunities where Identity Confluence can improve efficiency, governance, and security
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Continuous follow-up until the prospect is converted as a customer
  • Coordinate with internal pre-sales and technical teams for demos and PoCs
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, references, and partnerships
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial discussion to closure
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions with prospects
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets for demos, PoCs and closures
  • Maintain opportunity updates in CRM

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technology platforms and explain them in simple business language
  • Ability to convert discussions into opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn enterprise software solutions quickly
