As a vital link between our technical solutions and the construction industry, this role is designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building high-value partnerships. You will be responsible for driving market growth by identifying new opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and heavy equipment sectors
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and on-site equipment demonstrations
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial inquiry and quotation to final contract negotiation
  • Provide dedicated after-sales support to address client requirements and equipment performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on the latest product developments and specifications
  • Perform regular site visits and travel to industrial areas to engage with project stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record in technical sales or heavy machinery equipment sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport for frequent site visits
