Job Responsibility:
Drive business development activities by acquiring new clients and strategic partners
Sell and cross-sell a portfolio of financing and digital financial solutions based on client needs
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
Identify new partnership opportunities, business models, and market expansion strategies
Act as a brand representative at client meetings, networking sessions, and industry events
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer pain points and deliver value-driven solutions
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business targets
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to travel as required
Nice to have:
Experience managing SME clients or partnerships will be an added advantage
