We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with approximately 4 years of experience in B2B IT product sales to join our expanding Sales team. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in selling hardware, software, or technology solutions to business clients, a good understanding of the IT buying process, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Job Responsibility
Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and events
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead qualification and product demonstrations to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM documentation and regular updates
Position and sell IT Solution/products to SME and enterprise clients
Understand client IT environments and recommend the most suitable products or solution bundles
Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept walkthroughs for technical and business audiences
Handle objections confidently with a consultative, value-led approach
Develop and nurture strong relationships with IT managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts — ensuring high client satisfaction and timely communication
Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Conduct periodic account reviews to identify growth potential and address any service gaps
Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the sales manager
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution scoping, costing, and proposal preparation
Share market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to support go-to-market strategy
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience in IT product or technology solution selling
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of IT products — including hardware, software licenses, SaaS platforms, networking, or security solutions
Strong command of consultative selling techniques and solution-based pitching
Proficiency in CRM tools (D365 CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) and MS Office / Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Prior exposure to IT Solution, cloud, or enterprise software product
Familiarity with the Indian or GCC mid-market and enterprise IT buyer landscape
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
