Job Description:

This strategic role is designed for a self-motivated professional ready to drive business growth within the industrial chemical sector. Reporting directly to the Business Director and supported by a seasoned Senior Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market footprint across Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute strategic sales activities to drive continuous business growth across the Malaysian market
  • Identify and secure high-value new business leads and accounts within priority industrial sectors
  • Service and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of existing customers
  • Actively listen to client technical requirements to suggest and provide appropriate chemical solutions
  • Conduct daily field visits to clients to maintain a high level of market presence and service quality
  • Represent the brand with professionalism while exploring opportunities in rubber, plastics, and resin industries
  • Collaborate with the management team to align sales strategies with global organizational goals
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial lead generation to account maintenance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in industrial sales or a relevant technical field
  • Possession of a Diploma or Degree in a commercial or technical discipline
  • Solid understanding of industrial chemical applications, particularly within the rubber or oil sectors
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits and occasionally to regional plant locations as required
