You must have a track record of smashing quotas, booking meetings under pressure, and turning cold leads into warm conversations. Job Responsibility:
Prospecting & Hunting: Aggressively identify and target decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies
Appointment Setting: Consistently secure qualified sales meetings for senior team members and hit/exceed monthly KPIs
Inbound Lead Conversion: Jump on inbound leads immediately, qualify them, and move them into the sales pipeline without delay
Sales Process Mastery: Deliver value-driven conversations, educate prospects on SEO/digital marketing solutions, and position Surch Digital as the clear choice
Pipeline Ownership: Manage and track every touchpoint in the CRM—no detail left behind
Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends so you can speak with authority to prospects
Relentless Follow-Up: Maintain consistent, professional persistence until you get a yes, no, or meeting
Requirements:
Proven track record in outbound sales or business development in a digital marketing agency setting
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing strategies
Appointment-setting machine with the ability to break through gatekeepers and book meetings with decision-makers
Highly skilled communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion ability
Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales tools like GHL
Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated—you treat sales like a sport
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but experience and results matter most)
