We are looking for a driven, competitive, and relentless Sales Superstar to join our team. This is not a passive, order-taking role—this is a source, hunt, and take-down sales position for someone who thrives on chasing down opportunities, breaking through gatekeepers, and winning new business in the digital marketing and SEO landscape. The ideal candidate has proven experience in high-velocity sales, understands the digital marketing space (SEO, GEO, paid ads, lead generation), and can quickly connect with decision-makers in the dental and medical industries. You must have a track record of smashing quotas, booking meetings under pressure, and turning cold leads into warm conversations. This role is the tip of the spear for our growth, and high performers will have the opportunity to grow into a full-cycle sales role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prospecting & Hunting: Aggressively identify and target decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies
  • Appointment Setting: Consistently secure qualified sales meetings for senior team members and hit/exceed monthly KPIs
  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Jump on inbound leads immediately, qualify them, and move them into the sales pipeline without delay
  • Sales Process Mastery: Deliver value-driven conversations, educate prospects on SEO/digital marketing solutions, and position Surch Digital as the clear choice
  • Pipeline Ownership: Manage and track every touchpoint in the CRM—no detail left behind

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or business development in a digital marketing agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing strategies
  • Appointment-setting machine with the ability to break through gatekeepers and book meetings with decision-makers
  • Highly skilled communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion ability
  • Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales tools like GHL
  • Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated—you treat sales like a sport
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but experience and results matter most)
