As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand to the HORECA sector. You will leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to introduce premium fresh food products to high-end culinary establishments, driving revenue growth and securing long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Caterers), specifically targeting premium and fine-dining establishments
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Procurement Managers, and Restaurant Owners
Effectively communicate the unique selling points, freshness, and quality of the fresh food portfolio
Manage the entire sales process from cold calling and product presentations to price negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales support
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth areas.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the HORECA channel
An existing, active network of chefs and F&B decision-makers is a major advantage
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel to visit clients frequently.
