This dynamic field sales role is designed for aggressive market hunters aimed at penetrating factories, warehouses, and logistics hubs to drive volume growth. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base and securing annual sales budgets for premium industrial machinery.
Job Responsibility
Penetrate new markets, factories, and third-party logistics (3PL) hubs to identify and capture new business
Achieve annual sales targets through high-activity field sales visits and proactive customer engagement
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product presentation, closing, and payment collections
Conduct regular industrial park visits to build long-term relationships with local warehouse and operation managers
Collaborate with local hub and branch managers to align sales activities with regional economic demands
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in industrial equipment, hardware, racking, or automotive sectors
Possession of personal transport and a strong willingness to conduct extensive daily industrial park visits
Confident, resilient, and highly aggressive sales personality with a passion for field-based business development
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
