Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager. An individual contributor role. Coverage area: Central and Northern region. Our client is a leading multinational food ingredients manufacturer.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and develop customer accounts for Central and Northern region
  • Conduct regular customer visits
  • manage sales documentation (quotations, proposals, contracts, order follow-up) and ensure professional handling of customer inquiries and feedback
  • Coordinate product trials and technical training in collaboration with the R&D team
  • Monitor sales performance, track market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and generate comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the food ingredients category
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, service oriented
  • Able to travel frequently within Malaysia and internationally (when required)
