Job Responsibility:
Drive sales and achieve targets within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors in the Bengaluru region
Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
Present and sell products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management
Requirements:
Any relevant qualification
Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics in India, specifically Karnataka
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
