Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the FMCG sector? We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual with 1-3 years of experience, looking to make a significant impact in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage sector
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors in the Bengaluru region
  • Implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Present and sell products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG market dynamics in India, specifically Karnataka
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
