Job Description

Based in our Kuala Lumpur / Central HQ, you will be our strategic lead capturing and expanding our footprint across both the Central and Southern markets. This isn’t just about hitting sales targets—it’s about building long-term, high-value partnerships. While you are centrally based, you will frequently travel to Johor to interface with the region’s biggest logistics players, designing bespoke transport solutions that seamlessly integrate financing, maintenance, and high-performance commercial vehicles.

Job Responsibility

  • Cross-Regional Growth: Aggressively hunt for new business in the Central region while actively expanding our market footprint in the high-growth Southern corridor (Johor)
  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain deep, long-term partnerships with fleet operators and logistics firms across both regions
  • Solution Selling: Create custom proposals that blend vehicle sales with smart financing and premium after-sales support
  • White-Glove Delivery: Coordinate with internal HQ and local regional teams to ensure every client receives a seamless, premium delivery experience
  • Market Intelligence & Travel: Monitor competitor moves and local industry trends, actively traveling to Johor for face-to-face client consultations and site visits

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven success in Commercial Vehicle sales, B2B Automotive, or Heavy Equipment
  • A track record in high-stakes negotiations and relationship-driven sales cycles
  • A valid driving license, your own transport, and a readiness to travel frequently to Johor for client management
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable navigating a premium, long-term B2B sales cycle
  • Prior experience within truck or heavy equipment dealerships is a major plus
