Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, results driven professional who is passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth targets with a long term business perspective
  • Identify and qualify leads while assessing potential markets for Schindler products
  • Explore and develop new sales and business opportunities through regular engagement across diverse market segments
  • Achieve collection targets linked to sales performance
  • Utilize strong selling skills, technical expertise, and multi channel presentation capabilities to deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer contact through to successful deal closure
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with the installation department to ensure customer requirements are effectively fulfilled

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with exposure to a similar industry
  • Prior experience in the elevator industry will be considered an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in delivering impactful presentations
  • Fluency in both English and Sinhala
  • Strong IT literacy skills
