Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving market share and expanding the brand’s footprint within the high-end building materials sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional to own a territory, influence major construction projects, and accelerate their career with an industry giant.

Job Responsibility

  • Cultivate and expand a robust sales pipeline with OEMs, contractors, and fabricators
  • Identify, track, and secure new business opportunities and upcoming project leads
  • Promote and position premium material solutions directly to trade partners and key decision-makers
  • Deliver comprehensive product presentations, coordinate sample distribution, and offer basic technical advice
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations and customer service teams to guarantee seamless project delivery
  • Systematically manage pipeline data, client interactions, and sales forecasts using the CRM platform
  • Conduct regular field visits and travel extensively across the territory to maintain a strong market presence

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within building materials, interior fit-outs, or construction sectors
  • Established experience building rapport and negotiating with contractors, fabricators, or OEMs
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate project-based sales cycles and manage diverse stakeholder interests
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong willingness to travel and thrive in a field-based sales environment
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track opportunities and manage structured sales reports
