We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Executive to develop and grow our business-to-business sales channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building long-term strategic partnerships across retail, marketplace, and trade customers.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale and trade customers
Grow revenue across key accounts and retail/online platforms
Drive product listings, Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
Build strong relationships with major accounts (retailers and distributors)
Conduct regular customer meetings and monitor sales performance
Manage forecasts and customer sales planning
Work closely with product, supply chain, and marketing teams
Oversee smooth onboarding, quotations, contracts and pricing approvals
Support stock planning and demand forecasting
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Identify new product opportunities
Provide regular sales performance reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or Sales preferred
Proven experience in B2B sales (3-5+ years preferred)
Experience working with retail chains, marketplaces, or wholesale customers
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to manage large accounts and develop new business
Good understanding of margin, pricing, and profit calculations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
