Job Description

We are seeking a confident, professional, and well-presented Sales Executive to join a busy automotive sales team in Oxfordshire. This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Selling vehicles profitably in line with agreed objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and integrity at all times
  • Preparing accurate sales documentation and order forms
  • Supporting marketing activities, promotions, vehicle displays, and training sessions

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a sales environment (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong motivation to exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and approach
  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Availability to work Monday to Saturday with a weekday off
