We are seeking a confident, professional, and well-presented Sales Executive to join a busy automotive sales team in Oxfordshire. This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Job Responsibility
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Selling vehicles profitably in line with agreed objectives
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ensuring a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and integrity at all times
Preparing accurate sales documentation and order forms
Supporting marketing activities, promotions, vehicle displays, and training sessions
Requirements
Proven track record in a sales environment (automotive experience preferred)
Strong motivation to exceed targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and approach
Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
Availability to work Monday to Saturday with a weekday off
