We are looking for a high-energy sales professional to be the face of a world-class automotive brand in the Southern region. Based in Johor Bahru, you will be our strategic lead for the Southern market. This isn't just sales—it’s about building long-term value. You will design bespoke transport solutions that integrate financing, maintenance, and high-performance vehicles for the region’s biggest logistics players.
Job Responsibility:
Market Growth: Aggressively hunt for new business to expand our footprint in the Southern corridor
Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with fleet operators and logistics firms
Solution Selling: Create custom proposals that blend vehicle sales with smart financing and after-sales support
White-Glove Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure every client receives a seamless, premium delivery experience
Market Intelligence: Stay one step ahead by monitoring competitor moves and local industry trends
Requirements:
2–3 years in Commercial Vehicle sales, B2B Automotive, or Heavy Equipment
A track record of success in high-stakes negotiations and relationship-driven sales
Proactive, confident, and comfortable navigating a premium, long-term sales cycle
Valid driving license and your own transport (essential for client visits across Johor)
Prior experience within truck or heavy equipment dealerships is a major plus
