We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive - Agent to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our company's products and services in the local market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business opportunities
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Requirements:
Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in Jakarta
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jakarta area
