Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and quotations
Follow up on proposals and maintain communication to close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements:
Previous sales experience is essential - recruitment or B2B background preferred
Experience or strong interest in the construction or renewable energy sectors
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with a consultative approach to sales
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
