We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to manage and grow our ice cream sales in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing product visibility, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) clients.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ice cream products
Identify and appoint new retailers, parlors, distributors, and institutional clients in Hyderabad
Ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness at all outlets
Conduct daily market visits to track orders, shelf presence, and competitor activity
Coordinate with the supply chain team for timely product delivery and stock replenishment
Ensure point-of-sale (POS) branding, in-store promotions, and sampling drives
Monitor and collect payments as per credit terms
Maintain accurate sales and customer data through daily reports and CRM tools
Provide regular feedback on customer needs, product performance, and market dynamics
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business or Marketing)
1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, dairy, or frozen products (ice cream experience is a plus)
Good knowledge of the Hyderabad retail/FMCG market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office tools
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory)
