Job Description:

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in deploying devices, supporting merchants, and ensuring smooth operations across the network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deploy all received devices efficiently within the monthly timeline
  • Attend and resolve all technical issues promptly in line with SLA requirements
  • Conduct quarterly visits to all merchants to maintain strong relationships and support their operational needs
  • Retrieve dormant devices from merchants weekly and ensure proper documentation before sending them to the head office
  • Handle and resolve device issues related to banks, ensuring smooth operations as per SLA
  • Provide daily updates on deployments and bank issue settlements to the Deployment Coordinator/Assistant Manager – Deployment
  • Complete all assigned tasks in the device breakdown ticketing system within the stipulated timeframe
  • Visit and acquire potential merchants to expand the payable product portfolio

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in field operations, sales, or technical support
  • Basic technical knowledge of POS/terminal devices
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • riding/driving licence required
