As a Sales Estimator in the Property & Housing industry, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate cost estimates for various projects. Your expertise will support our sales team in securing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and review accurate sales estimates and tender submissions for residential homes
  • Analyse tender drawings, council requirements, BASIX, and hydraulic specifications to support post-contract variations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, construction, and sales to ensure seamless workflow
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing support to customer-facing staff
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of residential estimating experience
  • Experience preparing/reviewing accurate sales estimates and tender submissions for residential homes
  • Experience with Framework (or similar estimating software)
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Understanding of residential building, construction, or production estimating (advantageous)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred)
