Job Description:

As a Sales Engineering Lead – USA (West Coast), you will engage with enterprise customers to articulate the business and technical value of Agentic Automation. You will lead conversations that inspire transformation, from discovery to demonstration to solution validation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with large enterprise clients to understand business challenges and align solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and custom proof-of-value sessions
  • Collaborate with Product Management to shape use cases and enhancements for U.S. clients
  • Support account-based strategies and RFP responses with technical precision
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or enterprise solution consulting
  • Proven track record with AI, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms
  • Excellent storytelling, whiteboarding, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfort working with distributed teams across time zones
  • Passion for innovation and enabling digital transformation
