Sales Engineer role for ARIA Technologies, a solutions provider and systems integrator delivering turnkey Smart Manufacturing Solutions to industrial sectors across the MENA region.
Job Responsibility:
Identify leads or opportunities to achieve the sales target and engage in an assessment of the opportunity
Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and make recommendations
Build new client relations and bring in new client accounts
Handle all communications with current customers and manage problems
Maintain complete opportunity/Customer information and report the status
Generate new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the Projects team to help determine project requirements and monitor progress
Partner with the technical team to properly evaluate proposals
Follow up on client proposals and monitor the order processing and cash flow status
Formulate bid specifications to obtain vendor, supplier, and subcontractor quotations
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports
Responsible for keeping CRM up to date
Work with the Sales& Marketing Manager and Technical team to ensure appropriate market & pricing strategies are developed
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Min: 2 Max: 5 years of experience
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Customer service oriented
Excellent sales and marketing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong product and technical knowledge
Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools
Ability to prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and documentation
