Job Responsibility:
Responsible for customer relationship with 2 Wheeler OEM’s space in India leading to new business acquisitions
Establish and develop long-lasting, reliable customer relationships with decision makers on all levels and in all relevant functions
Checking contracts and documents (orders, purchasing and warranty conditions), analyzing the deviations from existing agreements, evaluating the changes and developing a statement in cooperation with other specialist functions, negotiating with customers
Independent coordination and presentation of the annual acquisition, sales and turnover as well as competition planning for the customer account
Create and align cross-divisional customer strategy with customer and product business units
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
analysis of feedback, definition of follow-up tasks, and ensure effectiveness (“Customer Coordinator/Customer Satisfaction Coordinator”)
Coordination of sales activities with international characteristics and higher complexity (e.g. number of locations, product variety)
Preparation of offers in the assigned product area based on customer inquiries
Presentation and negotiation of the offers with the customer within the scope of the negotiation scope defined in advance
Review of contracts and documents (orders, purchase and warranty conditions) as well as analysis of deviations from existing agreements, evaluation of the changes and preparation of a statement
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering from a reputed college/university
Degree in business administration will be added advantage
5+ years of professional experience in sales with automotive industry
Good knowledge of project management and negotiation
Knowledge of cost accounting / calculation
Knowledge of related sales planning & competitor mapping
