As our Sales Engineer, you’ll work with distributors, OEMs and end users, helping customers identify the right engineering solutions for their applications. You’ll inherit existing accounts while also developing new business opportunities across a wide range of industrial markets. This is a consultative sales role where technical credibility is essential.
Job Responsibility
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Support distributors with product training and technical advice
Visit customers across your territory
Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM
Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and product specialists
Identify opportunities for engineering solutions across multiple sectors
Requirements
HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace or related Engineering
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
Engineering experience through education, apprenticeship or industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in developing a career in technical sales
Self-motivation and good organisation skills
Willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions
