Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will manage and grow accounts within the OEM, automation, and systems integration segment. This role blends technical expertise with commercial acumen — enabling you to provide tailored solutions, manage project pipelines, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships with engineering firms, machine builders, and resellers.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and expand OEM, SI, and VAR customer base across assigned territories
Qualify and follow up on leads
maintain accurate records in CRM
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and solution discussions
Build strong rapport with engineering teams to understand requirements
Drive end-to-end project pipelines from consultation to close
Present technical solutions aligned to customer applications and business goals
Collaborate with the Business Area Manager on marketing and lead-generation activities
Conduct commercial negotiations and secure agreements that deliver value to both sides
Participate in field events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
2–5 years’ experience in technical sales, OEM/automation solution sales, or system integration
Solid understanding of industrial equipment and engineering processes
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills
Able to travel and possess own transport
Experience dealing with automation clients, engineering firms, or resellers is a strong plus
