Job Responsibility
Achieve area service sales targets
Responsible for managing and developing Sales channels (for example Distributors, Integrators, System Builders, Service Channels, Service partners)
Achieve area service sales targets, collaborate with channels to boost IB coverage and conversion rate
Identify end-users' service demands and provide solutions
Gather market intelligence, optimize promotion strategies, and enhance channel service capabilities and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement channel plans, conduct channel segmentation & tier classification, and roll out relevant policies
Formulate and execute market plans with partners, maintain channel relationships, coordinate internal communication
Tap sales growth potential, promote AL products, recruit new channels and organize channel training
Manage and support channel operations and track KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical related majors
Over 5 years’ service sales experience
Experience in managing distributors and high integrity
Good business acumen, willing to learn
Teamwork spirit and good cross function communication skills
Can accept travel rate up to 60%
Nice to have
Food or Pharma industry experience would be a plus
