Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in partnering with prospective clients and lead exploratory discussions and workshops with stakeholders across departments.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct pre-qualification checks with prospects to assess alignment between their business objectives and our solutions
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with Heads of Departments and their teams
Strategically map our solutions to client challenges, ensuring alignment with their key business objectives and desired outcomes
Guide prospective clients in discussions focused on optimising their construction work flows and enhancing overall process efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor graduate in Quantity surveyor/ construction or similar qualification
Possess understanding of construction processes
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Has experience in discussion and presentation to identify challenges and mapping solutions to potential clients
Able to work independently
