CommScope is seeking an experienced Technical Account Engineer, Manager to grow our Structured Cabling Solutions Business in Egypt, Africa and Gulf. This role involves working with our eco-system partners, consultants and end-user customers to position the latest CommScope products and solutions to help solve our customers’ needs.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base
development and maintenance of strong relationships with new or assigned clients
Gain an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of enterprise clients
Prepare sales/technical proposals and presentations for potential clients
Position the right products and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations
Understanding and positioning CommScope products and solutions to target clients
Participate in negotiations for contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements
Provide support to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Stay informed about industry and market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (bachelor’s degree in an engineering disciple is preferred)
7+ Years of experience in presales and/or account management roles in Egypt/Africa
Knowledge of Enterprise networking and structured cabling technologies
Strong understanding of SCS products and solutions
Strong technology and technical knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities simultaneously
