Are you an experienced Technical Sales Expert in Industrial Refrigeration looking to take your next step to a highly successful engineering group and the exclusive representative of a global market leader? We are looking for a Sales Engineer to become a member of their Industrial Refrigeration Division, managing from high-end equipment sales to spare parts and service coordination across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and approach engineering firms, industrial contractors, and end-users (Food & Bev, Pharma, Marine)
  • Manage the full sales cycle for Industrial Refrigeration systems (Ammonia/NH3), Screw Compressors, and Industrial Heat Pumps
  • Handle inquiries for spare parts and coordinate with the internal Service Department to ensure 360° client support
  • Open new accounts in the Greek, Cypriot, and Maltese markets
  • Deliver on sales targets and provide market feedback directly to the Sales Manager
  • Actively participating in the company's strategy planning

Requirements:

  • Experience in Industrial Refrigeration sales
  • University Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Electrical Engineering
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Industrial Refrigeration or industrial sales
  • Deep understanding of Ammonia (NH3) systems, screw compressors, and ideally, Industrial Heat Pumps
  • Willingness to travel mainly in Northern Greece, Cyprus, and Malta
  • Excellent command of English language
