We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Executives, OEM technical communities, partners and end user customers with technical responses, presentations and problem solving to win new business and cultivate existing relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer and partner satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Support sales executives with solution selling to partners and OEM.s
Develop a strong understanding of the IE product and OEM offerings
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles with partners and OEM.s
Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value product range
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses to partners and OEM’s
Effectively communicate client needs to the product teams for future product enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years or more career experience in solution selling and technical presales roles
Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives at partners and customers
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
B.S in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable
Nice to have:
Solutions engineering & architecting experience in the Storage, Data Protection or Security industry is a bonus
