This client is a leading provider of energy solutions in Malaysia focus on the delivery of primary equipment and grid solutions. They are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their Grid Division.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and engage new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships in the utility and EPC sectors
Participate in site visits and meetings to evaluate conditions, review electrical schematics, and propose tailored solutions
Lead proposal development, deliver technical presentations, and manage RFQ sessions to boost win rates
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and local regulatory updates
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on market insights and technical requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
3–5 years of experience in the Grid will be preferable
Proven ability to deliver sales pitches, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
Ability to travel overseas for business trips as required
