Job Description:

DOGA is looking for a Key Account Manager/Sales Engineer who will be responsible for developing the Drive Systems business unit, ensuring the growth of key accounts, exploring new markets, and consolidating long-term commercial relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Drive Systems business, increasing market penetration and profitability
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the industrial and renewable energies sectors
  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with the strategic objectives of the Drive Systems unit
  • Provide tailored proposals and solutions, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with customer requirements
  • Monitor project execution, guaranteeing on-time delivery, service quality, and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align solutions with innovation and market demands

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or similar
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in B2B commercial roles, ideally in drive systems, motion control, renewable energies, or related industrial solutions
  • High level of English (oral and written)
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer relationship management
