Job Description:

This company is a global leader in construction solutions used in multiple market segments.

Job Responsibility:

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand and product market share
Delivering customer solutions through a consultative selling approach
Identifying business opportunities by evaluating prospects and analysing sales options
Strong communication skills to inform and guide customers, dealers, and internal sales teams on products
Collaboration across functions to develop organizational growth concepts and ideas
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through activities such as attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, bench marking, and participating in promotional events

Requirements:

Degree in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent qualification
Working experience in related field - sales and marketing, construction, and building materials
Technical product knowledge in building materials/construction accessories
Wide network of contractors / consultants / engineers
