Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with technical staff, maintenance managers, and procurement officers to understand their needs
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Perform on-site lubrication audits, oil condition analysis, and provide after-sales technical support to resolve equipment issues
Proposal & Tender Preparation: Prepare technical presentations, quotations, and bids to demonstrate the cost-benefit of products, focusing on total cost of ownership (TCO)
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industrial developments to inform sales strategies
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a reputable university
4-5 years of experience in industrial lubricants sales
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
