The Sales Engineering function is the technical face of the GTM team. You will be the primary technical partner for our Account Executives, engaging with prospects on the cutting-edge of AI to drive new business and close complex, high-value deals. You will be the expert translator, responsible for deeply understanding a customer's business challenges, existing technical infrastructure, and strategic goals.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical strategy for complex, enterprise sales cycles and co-own the technical win
Lead technical discovery sessions with a wide range of stakeholders
Design and deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations
Translate complex technical concepts and findings into clear, persuasive narratives for senior, non-technical stakeholders
Build and manage customized proof-of-concept (POC) environments, sample scripts, and data integrations
Act as the key technical advisor to prospects, expertly guiding them through security, architecture, and integration evaluations
Serve as the "voice of the customer" to our Product and Engineering teams
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong technical proficiency with at least one scripting language (Python preferred), working with SDKs/APIs, and an understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Ability to translate value between technical and commercial stakeholders
A deal-driven attitude and commercial mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
A "hacker mindset" – a creative problem-solver who can quickly build scripts, tools, or integration workflows
Nice to have:
previous experience in a fast-paced B2B startup, especially in the AI space
