Job Description:

The Sales Engineering function is the technical face of the GTM team. You will be the primary technical partner for our Account Executives, engaging with prospects on the cutting-edge of AI to drive new business and close complex, high-value deals. You will be the expert translator, responsible for deeply understanding a customer's business challenges, existing technical infrastructure, and strategic goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical strategy for complex, enterprise sales cycles and co-own the technical win
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Design and deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations
  • Translate complex technical concepts and findings into clear, persuasive narratives for senior, non-technical stakeholders
  • Build and manage customized proof-of-concept (POC) environments, sample scripts, and data integrations
  • Act as the key technical advisor to prospects, expertly guiding them through security, architecture, and integration evaluations
  • Serve as the "voice of the customer" to our Product and Engineering teams

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical proficiency with at least one scripting language (Python preferred), working with SDKs/APIs, and an understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Ability to translate value between technical and commercial stakeholders
  • A deal-driven attitude and commercial mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • A "hacker mindset" – a creative problem-solver who can quickly build scripts, tools, or integration workflows

Nice to have:

previous experience in a fast-paced B2B startup, especially in the AI space
