Job Responsibility:
Oversees essential sales workflows, encompassing the effective use of CRM and ERP systems, performance reporting, shipment logistics, managing customer issues (case handling), and debt collection
Establishes and updates official operational guidelines (Standard Operating Procedures)
Acts as the central liaison for communication between the Sales group and internal departments, including Technical Support, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service
Drives improvements by collaborating with the Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline existing processes
Conducts training for the sales force on new products and internal procedures to achieve excellent sales execution
Enhances the productivity of sales representatives in handling prospective customers, managing accounts, and allocating time
Interprets sales metrics from designated regions and provides data-driven, practical recommendations
Assists both sales personnel and clients with the utilization of provided digital platforms and tools
Takes full ownership of the customer inquiry funnel from initiation to resolution
Visits key customers regularly to gather firsthand feedback on service and products
Develops and delivers reports—covering operational summaries, strategic initiatives, and tactical performance—to key stakeholders
Requirements:
1+ years of professional experience in sales activities within a technical environment
