About the Role Are you a technically-minded sales professional who loves finding the right solution for a customer? We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Engineer to join our team, covering the Netherlands market. In this role you’ll be the go-to person for customers seeking mechatronic drive solutions — including drive components, geared motors, inverters, and linear motion products. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and shaping the right solution, right through to closing the deal. It’s a role with real commercial ownership and plenty of variety. What You’ll Be Doing Winning new business and growing existing accounts across the Netherlands Managing the complete sales cycle: qualifying leads, proposing solutions, supporting quotes, negotiating and closing Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline with a value-based sales approach Acting as both a commercial and technical partner for your customers — understanding their needs and translating them into the right solutions Working towards clear turnover and margin targets Collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, product and technical teams What We’re Looking For You’re someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys technical problem-solving, and has the confidence to lead a commercial conversation.
