Job Responsibility:
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of B&I services
Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements
To action the preparation of proposals for a range of be spoke products by coordinating the activities of the BV, Sales
To support by responding to customer questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner
To review and action the customers enquiry process into a costed workable solution
To work with the Business Developer or customer prospect to ascertain the enquiry information necessary to produce sales proposals including technical product selection, quotation document and costing through standardized costing templates and technical specifications
Elaborating yearly/quarterly sales plan in agreement with superior for his team
Defining salesy targets within the BL action plan
Analysis monthly results and initiate actions to B&I Ops. Manager
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to date on industry news
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and developed communications skills to interact with colleagues and clients
Uses highly developed report writing skills, paying attention to detail in order to produce a written report of high quality

Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 5 years of sales experience
BA in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical would be advantage
Should have the experience of Sales in core sectors such as Oil & Gas/Power, Chinese market within Saudi Arabia
Good communication and business acumen
Should be a role model, must comply with rules & regulation himself, wear PPE while performing inspections and attend safety orientations at the projects where he is working
Maintaining positive health culture among his project fallows and team
