As a Sales Engineer I at Dialpad, you’ll be the technical heartbeat of our Sales team. Your job is to take our cutting-edge AI-powered communication platform and make it 'click' for our customers. You don’t need to be a career network engineer to start. We are looking for someone who is tech-curious, people-oriented, and ready to learn the 'Brawn and Brains' of our global architecture.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead 2-3 product demonstrations a day
  • Own the Proof of Concept phase
  • Partner with Account Executives to answer technical questions
  • Dive into training program to become expert in Dialpad's AI technology and cloud telephony
  • Use specialized tools to help customers optimize office Wi-Fi and network settings
