This client provides cloud based ecosystem"designed by contractors, for contractors". As a growing firm, they are looking for a sales consultant to join the firm as they expands.
Job Responsibility:
Consultative Bridge: You will act as a critical link in the client engagement process, leading workshops and exploratory discussions to uncover existing workflows and pain points
Industry Expert Requirement: The role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Project Manager, or a similar role with a deep understanding of project finances and procurement
Solution Mapping: You are responsible for identifying inefficiencies and mapping specific cloud-based software solutions—such as material procurement and financial report automation—to meet client objectives
Stakeholder Management: You must be comfortable building trust and facilitating high-level discussions with Heads of Departments, including Site Teams, Finance, and Directors
Tech-Savvy Advocacy: Beyond sales support, you will represent the company as a thought leader, educating clients on the transformative potential of digital solutions and process improvements in construction
Requirements:
Bachelor graduate in Quantity Surveyor/ Construction or equivalent qualification
Possesses understanding of end-to-end construction processes
Has great communication skills and ability to lead presentation and build good relationships with cross functional teams
