As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and creating customer value within a high-performing, collaborative team. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer initiatives in close cooperation with technical and cross-functional teams. Through effective opportunity management, pricing execution, and performance tracking, you will ensure the achievement of defined sales targets and KPIs while contributing to the company's long-term success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage Adhesives Technologies sales operations within the Packaging Adhesives Business Unit, with responsibility for Paper Packaging, Tapes & Labels adhesive segments
Drive achievement of strategic sales targets by developing new business opportunities and ensuring sustainable growth through a value-based selling approach
Coordinate and manage sales activities for the assigned customer portfolio
Prepare and implement action plans to increase sales volume, profitability, and market share
Manage and develop distributor relationships, ensuring both commercial and technical growth within the responsible area
Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Deliver defined KPIs including KP, OSG, and PC% targets in the assigned territory and/or customer accounts
Collaborate closely with global teams to support global key account management and contribute to new product development projects
Travel across Turkey as required to support customer trials, business development activities, and market analysis
Requirements:
BSc/BA in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or other related department
3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in adhesive technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Open to team work and collaboration, eager to learn and flexibility to manage various business related difficulties
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Valid driving license and flexible for traveling
