Job Description:

The Sales Enablement Specialist in Spain is the engine behind our top-of-funnel success. You’ll elevate how our GTM teams sell by sharpening process discipline, boosting tool adoption, and driving programs that power world-class inbound and outbound prospecting. You’ll be the partner our BDRs and SDRs rely on—keeping processes tight, spotting productivity blockers before they slow us down, and launching high-impact regional initiatives that accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years as a Sales Enablement Trainer/Specialist
  • Experience coaching and creating training programs for sales representatives
  • Prior experience in a heavy outbound focused role (IE: Business Development Representative or Account Executive)
  • Strong methodology reinforcement skills (Sandler experience a plus!)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, sequencing/dialer tools, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and playbook-building abilities
  • Data-driven operator with clear communication across teams and regions
  • Desire to travel up to 40% travel, primarily across Europe with North America travel minimally each quarter
