We are seeking an individual to support Sales teams by enabling accurate, timely, and high-quality order processing across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Support teams, and Delivery Operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Review and validate order information received from Sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
Coordinate closely with internal Support teams to enable timely order progression and delivery within defined service levels
Act as a point of connection across teams involved in the sales process to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Submit clean and validated orders into relevant business systems, including BSP
Raise requests for account and material creation where required
Maintain up-to-date records across systems to reflect the latest order and customer information
Perform quality checks to support consistency and accuracy across team outputs
Provide ad hoc operational support to Sales and Delivery Operations as needed
Participate in team and operational meetings to support continuous improvement
Contribute to data validation activities supporting sales commission calculations and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Experience or working knowledge of the telecom domain, particularly within Order-to-Cash processes
Customer-focused mindset and take ownership of resolving issues to enhance customer experience
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Excel and have a strong digital mindset
Open to learning tools such as Power Apps and contributing to process simplification and efficiency
