As a Sales Enablement Specialist at myPOS, you’ll be right at the heart of the commercial engine. You’ll work closely with sales teams on the ground, helping teams settle in quickly, work with confidence, and develop sustainable performance, while also owning and shaping EU-wide sales management and enablement initiatives. You’ll support new hires through onboarding, coach teams in live selling environments, join field visits, and help establish clear, effective ways of working. At the same time, you’ll oversee enablement for our indirect Consultant channel, ensuring training content, messaging, and standards are aligned and consistent.
Job Responsibility:
Lead onboarding and ramp-up for the Italian sales teams, helping new hires build confidence, clarity, and strong foundations from day one
Coach sellers in real working environments through call listening, field visits, and structured feedback, in close partnership with Sales Managers
Embed enablement into day-to-day execution by reinforcing clear ways of working, shared standards, and effective habits
Coordinate and lead enablement across the indirect Consultant channel, ensuring training, messaging, and expectations are aligned and consistently applied
Own and maintain sales enablement content in the LMS, keeping materials practical, up to date, and easy to use
Design and deliver ongoing skills development and sales management enablement across Italy and the wider EU, supporting both individual contributors and leaders
Requirements:
Proven experience leading sales enablement and/or training initiatives that have strengthened capability, consistency, and performance across teams
Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the credibility to work effectively with both individual contributors and Sales Managers
Experience supporting and aligning enablement across direct and indirect sales models
Hands-on ownership of enablement content within an LMS environment (Sana experience is a strong advantage)
A solid understanding of B2B and/or fintech sales organisations, including how sales teams operate, develop, and scale
The ability to operate confidently in multi-market, high-growth environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
