Join Qargo as a Sales Enablement Manager! Drive commercial success by equipping our teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer value! You will be the go-to person for equipping our commercial teams — Sales, Partnerships, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations — with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to succeed. You'll design and run onboarding programmes for every new joiner, keep the team sharp with ongoing training, and make sure our sales playbooks, collateral, and processes are always up to date. This is a Ghent-based role with a strong on-site presence, especially during new-joiner onboarding periods. You report into the commercial leadership team.
Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver a structured onboarding program for all new commercial team members
Support new team members during their ramp up together with the sales leadership team to ensure they will successfully & consistently hit target attainment
Organise regular training sessions on product updates, competitive positioning, objection handling, demo best practices, and sales methodology
Create, curate, and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and other enablement materials in close collaboration with Marketing and Product
Document and continuously improve the sales process
ensure consistent adoption of methodologies and best practices across regions
Drive effective use of the commercial tech stack — especially HubSpot CRM, Gong, and other key tools — through training, documentation, and ongoing support
Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Engineering to ensure messaging alignment and feedback loops
Track enablement KPIs (ramp time, win rates, content usage) and use data to iterate on programmes and priorities
Help prepare the team together with our marketing department for trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related commercial operations role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and MEDDPICC sales methodology
Experience building onboarding and training programs from scratch or significantly improving existing ones
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or a comparable CRM)
comfortable training others on CRM best practices
Strong content creation skills — you can turn complex product or market information into clear, actionable materials
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
you're confident running workshops and presenting to groups
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced scale-up environment
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience in or strong affinity with the transport & logistics industry is a significant plus
Dutch or French is a bonus
