As our Sales Enablement Manager, your mission is clear: maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our global Sales team. You will be the architect of our GTM standards, ensuring every salesperson has the processes, content, and training they need to achieve and exceed their targets. This is a highly collaborative role focused on converting strategic vision into repeatable, scalable selling behaviors that drive acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Standardise GTM Playbooks: Design, document, and enforce consistent Go-to-Market playbooks and sales processes across all regions and sales segments
Devise Training & Collateral: Own the creation and continuous maintenance of all essential sales collateral, including sales decks, case studies, and battle cards
Maintain Collateral: manage all training and collateral within our internal knowledge base (Notion)
Content Creation: Ensure the sales content is aligned with RevOps data insights
New Hire Onboarding: Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding programme for all new sales hires
Continuous Improvement & Certification: Manage and execute ongoing training sessions for the existing team
System Usage Support: Liaise with the Revenue Operations Manager to support training for the correct usage of the CRM system and data capture systems
Tool Management: Oversee the management, optimisation, and adoption of specialised sales tooling
Operational Support: Collaborate with RevOps and Sales Leadership to support the rollout and communication of territory and account mapping
Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrable experience in a dedicated Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training role
Highly capable of translating high-level strategy into simple, repeatable sales processes and managing process documentation end-to-end
A strong communicator able to effectively train, coach, and influence sales reps and leaders without direct managerial authority
Practical understanding of SaaS or Ad-Tech sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline stages, and common objections
