Job Description

The GTM Enablement Manager, will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that empower these teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively engage with customers, drive growth, and deliver results. You will create and lead continuing education training programs, eLearning scripts, sales playbooks, and other key initiatives that streamline workflows and improve the customer buying experience. This role will ensure that Deel's GTM Sales teams are aligned, well-equipped, and performing at their best as the company expands globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our core global GTM enablement programs including product knowledge, sales process soft skills, and productivity tool optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs and projects that produce maximum impact
  • Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback
  • Utilizing internal and vendor-based AI tools, develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content
  • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting
  • Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs
  • Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project
  • Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement, or a closely related role
  • Training or degree in learning and development or related fields
  • Strong passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills under pressure
  • Clear communicator, fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams and stakeholders
  • Specific examples of using AI-centric tools to outline, produce, deliver, and/or evaluation training content
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to solve problems independently
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and motivate others
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset and experience in the fast-paced tech sector

Nice to have

  • Experience utilizing productivity tools such as Gong, Outreach, Nooks, Sales Navigator, and/or SFDC are a plus
  • Experience with sales and qualification methodologies such as SPIN, Sandler, ValueSelling, Command of the Message, BANT, and/or MEDDICC are a plus
  • Experience utilizing enablement tools such as WINNai, Synthesia, Gemini, Aligned, and/or a LMS are a plus
